Estudios sobre la papaya

La papaya fermentada  es un suplemento obtenido de la papaya mediante un proceso de fermentación natural que dura varios meses, tras el cual la papaya se convierte en un polvo finísimo.. Los primeros investigadores de la papaya fermentada aseveraban que los fitonutrientes  contenidos podían contribuir a ralentar el envejecimiento actuando sobre los radicales libres, una de las causas de la degeneración del organismo debida a la edad.
